How long do contracts last? Which advance notice is needed to terminate a contract?
AIN’s contracts are established for a period of 12 months. Once concluded, tacitly agreed annual renewals may apply, provided that none of the parties informs the cancelation of the contract in writing to the other party, 90 days before the expiration of the initial term or 90 days before the end of each extension.
Does AIN establish leasing or service contracts with its clients?
AIN establishes service contracts with its clients, as our activity as a business center is to provide services.

Which documents do I need to hire a service with AIN?
The hiring process is very easy and quick. We need the following documents:
- ID of the person signing the contract
- VAT certificate of the company
- Constitution deed of the company
- Bank account number (in case of being self-employed, we only need your ID and bank account number)
Do you require a deposit?
We ask for a 2 months’ deposit, to be returned 60 days after the end of the contract.
What does the renting of an office include?
We offer fully equipped offices with high quality furnishing and state-of-the-art technology. The price of the office includes a wide range of services such as: Internet connection, access to our all-in-one office printers, telephone answering, cleaning services, air conditioning, etc. Telephone consumptions are not included but we charge our clients the price established by our operator, without extra charges.
When can I start working in my office?
The setting up of the service is immediate. Once we receive the contract signed by both parties, the payment of the deposit and of the first month of renting, the client can start using the office. A local and exclusive business number is assigned to your company. With AIN you will be able to save time and paperwork, being able to start working immediately without additional concerns.
What happens if my needs of office space change?
We are flexible and can adapt to your needs. In AIN we will find the service that best suits your current requirements, as we have different service packages for both the renting of offices or the hiring of virtual offices.

Vending machines are also available, both for snacks and beverages. Clients can operate these machines themselves or request this service to our reception staff.
What is a Virtual Office?
A virtual office is usually a combination of a mailing address and telephone number that acts as a business presence, without providing dedicated office space. Even though clients don’t own or rent dedicated office space, a virtual office provides them with a mailing address they can use on business cards and email signatures but also as the official address of the company and fiscal purposes.
A virtual office blends home and work to gain efficiency in both, while the client’s professionalism retains the image of a traditional, high-cost office.
Virtual offices are often used in order to:

When can I start using the business center’s address for my company?
Once we receive the contract signed by both parties and the payment of the chosen fare, the service is enabled.
How does AIN handle my calls and postal mail?
We answer all your calls in your company’s name, in a professional and customizable way. We transfer your calls to the cell phones indicated by the established protocol and if we can’t reach you, we will immediately notify you by mail all the details of the call. In AIN no call is ever lost, every call is answered and notified. When receiving your postal mail we will send you a notification on the spot.
Does the transfer of calls have an additional cost?
The service of transferring the calls is included in our telephone answering service, with no additional cost. The transferred call does however have an additional cost, depending on the destination of the call and its duration. For example, if we receive a call for you and we transfer it to your cell phone while you are travelling abroad, the cost of this roaming call will be charged in your invoice. To avoid large additional costs we have negotiated with our providers highly competitive fees.
